Process
How speaker applications work.
Applicants share a possible talk idea, the question or experience behind it, and why it belongs in the Becoming theme.
The organizing team reviews submissions for originality, clarity, relevance, and fit with TEDx editorial standards. Selected speakers move into coaching, refinement, rehearsal, and final preparation.
The goal is not celebrity. The goal is a thoughtful idea that can stay with the audience after the room empties.
